INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)
On this page we describe how to manage the personal data of users who browse the site www.mastimsrl.com and that compile registration forms on the same site, fulfilling the requirements of Article. 13 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003 - Code for the protection of personal data.

Personal data collected through the site in question are processed at the headquarters of Mast International Machinery srl and is overseen only by technical staff in charge of processing.

Navigation data

This site does not use cookies profiling, as defined in the Ordinance of the Privacy of 8 May 2014 "Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies," to the transmission of personal information, nor are used cd cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.
The use of cookies technical (session, analytics or functionality, always ex Measure above) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient navigation of the site , (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or to authenticate access to reserved areas); the collection in the aggregate information on the number of users and how they visit the site; to allow the user browsing function of a set of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.
The use of cookies on this site avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of the users and not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.

ART. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Right to access personal data and other rights)
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain information:
a) the origin of personal data processed;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. You have the right to:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
